"We bought a house from an estate without heirs and no will, so we had a few more hoops to jump through than a typical sale, but Melvin was with us every step of the way. In the house looking phase, he showed us every house we were interested in and arranged appointments quickly. If we had questions, he always got back to us in no time at all. We even went with the mortgage company he recommended after doing our own homework. We aren't planning on moving any time soon, but if we do, we'll be calling Melvin again."
